Account Manager Norway, B2B

We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Responsible to join our team in Norway. You will have full responsibility of the sales and You will report directly to the Nordic Sales and Marketing Manager.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly talented, creative and friendly team and to be an important part of the expansion of our business in Norway. You will be working with both existing and new clients. Our main clients are companies with international relations that needs a first class service.

Our office is situated in Rådhusgata 9 right in the heart of Oslo.

To succeed you need a strong drive and a 'can-do attitude' in order to develop existing accounts and find new in order to reach our goals. You must also have:

  • Sales background with good results
  • If possible, knowledge of logistics and/or travel service industry
  • Minimum High School diploma with fluent english.
  • MS Office skills
  • Driving licence

The above mentioned skills are important, but more important is that You have a passion for customer service and a solid interest and understanding of customer needs. A good presentation and good communacation skills with a professional manner is required. Of course we want you to be organized and to have a good planning skills are also what we think are key competences in order to succeed.

Salary fixed negotiable depending on experience, company car included.

Nordic Sales and Marketing Manager, Stockholm

We're looking for a Sales Manager to manage and develop our Nordic sales and sales team. The position is based at our headoffice in Stockholm.

The position gives the right person full responsibility of the sales and reports directly to the Managing Director. The Sales Manager will also be a part of the Mangement team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to build and develop a strong and Professional Nordic sales team in a progressive international growing Company with high customer orientation and services.

In order to succeed we belive that the right person must :

  • Develop sales strategies and set the sales targets
  • Monitor the teams performance and motivate them to each stage and goal
  • Compile, report and analyse sales figures
  • Be responsible for some of our main international clients
  • Collect customer feedback and market research
  • Plan and be responsible for the Marketing activities in coorporation with our PR-agency
  • Keep up to date with products, pricing and competitors
  • Recruit and train the sales staff
  • Be a brave frontline person with high professional standards


You need to have a passion and experience of leading sales teams with excellent documented results. The right person must have good communicational skills with a Professional manner. If You have a background from logistics, travel industry or similar it is of course meritorious.
